When you create an account on 3D Spool Tracker, we collect your name and email address. We also store the filament inventory data you enter (spools, brands, weights, projects, etc.) to provide the service.

- To send account-related notifications (password resets, low stock alerts, submission updates)
- To improve the service based on usage patterns
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (session management) and preference storage (theme, view settings). We do not use tracking cookies or sell your data to third parties.
Third-Party Services
- Neon (PostgreSQL) — database hosting
- Vercel — application hosting and analytics
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI help chat (your messages are processed to generate responses but not stored by Anthropic)
Amazon Associates Program
3D Spool Tracker is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. When you click Amazon product links on our site, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Your filament inventory data is private by default. You may optionally enable inventory sharing via a unique link.
Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as you maintain an account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page.
Children's Privacy
3D Spool Tracker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
